Tartan Day 2010 Competition - the Winner Is Announced!

Russ Kelsey from Blairgowrie is the lucky winner of the 2010 Tartan Day Competition.

"I've finally won something!" Russ exclaimed when he was told he'd won a VIP trip to three key tourist attractions in Angus for either two adults or a family group of two adults and two children. "I can't think of anything more exciting than having a look round some of the fantastic tourist attractions in Angus."
