Tartan Day commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Arbroath on the 6 April 1320 and will be marked throughout the beautiful county of Angus with a week of celebrations from 30 March – 8 April 2012.

'MY ANGUS'
What does Angus mean to you?
Keen amateur photographers are invited to capture an image which demonstrates what Angus means to them and enter it into the Tartan Day Photographic Competition. The competition is open to all Angus residents (excluding professional photographers) and will be judged in the following three categories – Adults, Secondary School Pupils and Primary School Pupils. One lucky winner from each category will win a digital camera!
Photographs can be either black and white or colour and must be approximately 8" x 6". Electronic images cannot be accepted. All photographs must be marked with the entrant's name, address and telephone number. Photographs will not be returned so entrants should keep a copy.
Entries must be submitted to your local ACCESS Office by
16 March 2012.
