Experience the thrill and excitement of competing in an international golf tournament in the game's historic heartland by taking part in theTartan Day Scotland International Golf Challenge- four rounds of golf over four of the best courses in the world.
Each roundin the Tartan Day Scotland International Golf Challenge 2010took place over a different course – Montrose Golf Links, arguably one of the world's finest links courses; the famous King's Course at Gleneagles; and two Open championship venues, Carnoustie Championship and the famous Old Course at St Andrews.
As well as the opportunity to test their golfing skills on the pick of Scotland's golf courses, competitors in the Tartan Day Scotland International Golf Challenge 2010 and their non-golfing partners were taken on a fantastic journey of all that is best about Scotland. They enjoyed a grand dinner in Glamis Castle's regal apartments, attended the spectacular 'beat the retreat ceremony' with traditional pipe bands, sampled the finest malt whiskies, and walked in the footsteps of Scotland's kings and queens during a visit to Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city.
